  Rezumat:  A Sports Project Handball Transilvania Junior. This work is a far-reaching project which intends to reinforce. juvenile handball in Transylvania, by creating ten centers for training of the young handball players by qualified trainers who use modern technologies of training techniques. The project involves information about subjects, aims and objectives, the structure of the project and the planned activities, the evaluation of it, the supervising and the possible solutions for incidents, the expectations, and many attachments which help the teachers implied in the project. A very important chapter of the project is that of the continuous improvement of the trainers, keeping them permanently preoccupied with getting informed in the handball domain for children and juniors, through training courses, cassettes and DVD s containing teaching lessons, commutation-tickets for foreign specialized magazines and creating personal accounts on professional sites or e-learning platforms. The attachments include the individual profile of the sportsmen, the trainer’s workbook, tests and trying-on sessions, and a unique syllabus specific to this category of age.
